off shore engineer setting up in tourism in Summer!

    Hi guys.
    I am a self employed geotechnical Engineer. I work on off-shore projects - one month on, one month off. mostly in the middle East. I get 2 months off in the Summer due to the heat out here. (this year I will spend over half the year outside of Ireland)

    I am setting up as a guided tour enterprise for the Summer months. I have a D licence (53 seater coach), a bus I can hire and experience in tourism/marketing.

    I am not sure how I should set up? should I register the company trading as myself? Should I set up a limited company?
    Any advice appreciated.
