I'm looking for a 4 bed ideally detached property in wicklow town or greystones sub 1.2k pm. Would we be best to go with an investment company / bank with properties or an independent landlord? I haven't rented before really so some advice with experience would be great. We would like to be able to make the house our own for the duration of the lease minimum 4 years really more than likely 6 years plus.
