Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I've done the aptitude tests and should hear by the end of the week if I've been selected for the next stage, which is a video interview. Any experiences to share of what the program was like in terms of what you learned from it etc?…

O2 Ireland have been bought by 3, Telefonica continue as is

that's what I meant, Telefonica sold O2 to 3, but the grad program was through O2? It's no big deal, just wondering how jobs with O2 get affected, or are they still retained by Telefonica.
