Google Toolbatr message - nuisance

Hi I'm getting this message up on my computer since yesterday, just wondering what it means and how to correct it if possible. "Google Toolbar message: Toolbar settings cannot be stored online because your dailyupdate quota has been exceeded " Any help appreciated. Thank you

Few things here to try, doesn't look like theirs a solid fix for it.

I tried that - but I dont seem to have any access to it.

I deleted everything over 2 weeks old in Website History - on left hand side - under Add to Favorites.

Will this help - what do you think ?
