Desmond and Gabriel Cheese

    When in Dublin I sometimes buy the yummy Desmond or Gabriel cheese as a vegetarian alternative to Parmesan. When buying it last I was told that Bill Hogan and Sean Ferry who make these may no longer be making them.

    Their West Cork Natural Cheese website is no longer active and their email doesn't work either.

    If anyone has any further information as to if Desmond and Gabriel are no more please let us know.



    ( I know there is another Irish Parmesan alternative Imokilly regatto but I've yet to try it or find it).
