Congrats to everyone on all the amazing PBs:D it almost makes me wish I'd joined you although I'm pretty sure I'd have struggled to finish let alone PB!

This aint no slump meno'hanlon.... This is a calculated recovery from a disaster marathon... I'm letting the body talk and I'm listening.... This morning for instance the body was whispering ''You don't have amazing guns'' and do you know what?..... The body was speaking the truth, shocking but true!! ;):D

That is just too shocking!!! I'm willing to accept that your legs and body are tired after Boston but there is no way Officer Digger's guns;) are not amazing, if that's true what's next? Claralara smashing your 5K PB:D?

...while running a 15:3x and 16:1x times. Incredible stuff.
How did you get on Bill?

45+ People under 17 mins. Must be without a doubt the fastest road 5k in Ireland. Well done cwgatlin and wideball. Some serious times. Looks like a solid return to form for David Heffernan too.

    +1
Great runs from Heff and Paddy.

My race report is over here if anyone fancies hearing how I had to pull over halfway through a 5km!!
(It may be a little too graphic for some!)
