    Hi,

The last few days I'm getting terrible speeds. Tested it on three different computers in the house and getting the same results.

I was usually getting 2.8mb/s download, Ping was 53ms and Upload was .9mb/s.

This is what I'm getting now (located in Castlemartyr, Co. Cork):

    Hi The Pontiac

I'm sorry to hear of this, I can look further into this and run some tests on your line if you would like to DM me your landline number?

    Regards

    Thanks Alan.

I tried resetting the modem, and it fixed the problem!

All back to normal now. Maybe a good idea to reset every few weeks.

    That's good The Pontiac

If issues occure again please call technical support as advised as I have noticed that there may be an issue on the line itself.

    Regards

    Al
