We've a small office set up with two Laptops and two desktops and are looking for a backup solution. Can anyone recommend an online backup product that we could use? Something that is very low maintenance and secure. All other ideas are welcome!

How often are you going to want to retrieve data from it? Amazon glacier is probably worth a look.

Dropbox, Cubby, Skydrive, Knowhow spring to mind - all suitable for documents / files. How much data are we talking about?

I have been using these guys for a few months on a smaller site, had a major disaster last week when the raid failed and had to recover exchange and the file server, worked perfectly

    Depends on your requirements:
    • What are you backing up?
    • How much space do you need?
    • How often do the files change?
    • In a worst-case scenario, how much data could you afford to lose e.g. are daily backups enough?
    • Do you need historical data i.e. could you need to go back to an older version of a file, rather than the latest backup?
    • Do you have a budget or are you looking for the absolute cheapest method possible?
Those are the minimum questions you need to be able to answer

Boardsie Enhancement Suite - a browser extension to make using Boards on desktop a better experience (includes full-width display, keyboard shortcuts, dark mode, and more). Now available through your browser's extension store.

It's mainly for backing up documents, micropay and a couple of small databases. It would not exceed 10GB altogether. We do have an on site backup at the moment but we're not too happy with it. These files could change on a daily basis and we would require daily backups. We do not need historical backups. Budget is not large but we'd be willing to spend if it meant we had a viable backup in place. We would also like to have it all centrally backed up under the same account rather that using individual dropbox accounts.

Carbonite is worth a look in IMO.
