    Hi there
Has anyone gone to couselling following a separation or divorce? I think I need to speak to someone to get some coping skills, but not sure I can afford a counsellor. Is there a support group or anything?

    Thanks, BF

Have a look at our useful links thread.

An example of one is http://www.mrcs.ie/ - Marriage and Relationship Counselling Services
There is also Accord and many others.

Not sure about support groups - you might be better checking in your region for that. But definitely having someone to talk to really does help so please look into it. Maybe your GP could give you some local recommendations?
