Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    hi all~

just went back on casual work 2 weeks ago after being off sick for 3 months.
when i went back into social to get claim going again i was given 2 slips to cover me for 2 weeks and was told that i should have slips sent out to me by then.

anyway cheque came and no slips so my question:

has anyone experienced calling into welfare to get another couple of slips??
i know the casual hatch is closed thursday and friday so im wondering would they have them downstairs handy.

i just dont want to waste a trip into the city to get these slips and be told when i get there that i will have to call back monday or tuesday.

to be honest it does seem like something they would say aswell

If you can get through on the phone they should post them out or email in an enquiry through welfare.ie for your particular office.
