Business online - €15.00 per month PLUS Current Account Fees

    What's the thinking behind this?

    Received letter today to say from month end there will be a €15.00 euro charge PER MONTH on top of current account fees?

    Are Bank of Ireland for real?

    It sounds like you may have been availing of the introductory offer for using Business On Line which can be for different periods depending on your account. If you would like to discuss this and for full information on the charges, please call your relationship manager in the branch.

    Hi vicwatson,

    From your first post you mentioned that you received a letter stating there would be a charge per month. If you have been using Business On Line for some time and not been charged, you will need to speak to your relationship manager in the branch as it is account specific regarding the charge. You can find details of your branch here.
