Good fertiliser for both lawn and plants

Can anyone recommend a good fertiliser that would be good for both plants and lawn. Not sure if 7/6/17 is ok for plants? Thanks.

6-7-17 is for potatoes, it would be fine for plants, veg & lawn, would green up your lawn without making the grass grow too quick, 10-10-20 is a good general fert , but if you have the other it would be fine

Thanks for replies. 10.10.20 is good but don't want to be mowing the lawn all summer so thought 7.6.17 better. It's good to know I can use some of it for plants also. Thanks again.
