I'm heading over to Vancouver in the next few weeks and I'll probably look for work in a law firm. I have a law degree and have worked as a paralegal for about two years in Ireland.

I'm wondering where the best place to look for work would be. Would Craigslist be best or are there specialist sites that most law firms use in Canada? Or should I contact firms directly? Anyone have any experience of doing this?? Thanks!

My wife works for a law firm downtown and she got her job through an agency, so either that way or talk to a firm directly, I can't imagine any reputable firm advertising on craigslist.

Cool, I'll try a few legal recruitment agencies. Can you remember the name of the agency that she used?

The agency my wife used was Expert Recruiters but she said it's best to go directly to the law firms. Good luck.

    That's great. Thanks again.
