First 20 mins good. After that was terrible. Very narrow at times.

Some excellent play there but a little like the West Ham game.

Having said that the chances created were of significantly higher quality in general.

We really should be ahead. A bit disappointing to not have punished that 5-10 minutes of atrocious passing but for each chance no criminal errors were made on our part.

If we remain patient we will probably score.

Sturridge's all round play has been a bit poor. It's always seemed a bit of a "nearly" effort - nearly made a good chance, pass, etc. He doesn't quite look sharp.
As to whether he's a good fit for the team, that remains to be seen. He'd obviously need to be capable of significantly better performances on a consistent basis.

can't see this game ending any other way than a LFC win. The problem would appear to be a team who is viewing their summer holidays already. BR saying we no EL might be a blessing in disguise is sure to effect the players.

It looks like they turned up expecting to win and now can't quite up thier game to actually do so. Fatal error.

Play to win from the first whistle and you probably will.
