Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

The thing about Rvp is he just scores in the small games not a guy to depend on to win big games.

just about every time i see you post in a match thread its with a post clearly intent on winding up.

That's generous. The last couple of months he hasn't even done that.

He scored the winner at Anfield this season

And yet he's scored against City, Chelsea, Arsenal, Spurs, Everton and Liverpool this season

    He said big games.

Only an idiot would consider Man United away at Anfield not a big game

Jesus, that Shotton fella is a shockingly poor footballer!

The United back line done very well today, forcing an admittedly poor Stoke team to resort to ****ty long shots, never felt that we're under pressure at all, it was always going to be a United win as soon as Carrick scored.

    Another game down.

It's a Nike ball, United are sponsored by Nike.. Put 2 and 2 together and it's all a conspiracy.

    *puts on tinfoil hat

Ref is wearing a DDG replica kit today too...

It'll take him a while to adjust to playing in big games after coming from arsenal;)

Only plays because he has a long throw.

Yeah that's true enough. Like Stoke today, Wigan, WBA, Arsenal etc.

Scored against Arsenal as well, guess he doesn't consider them a big side anymore.

Glorious 3 points after all the talk of a possible slip up.

    That was ridiculously comfortable

Where is Mike Phelan today? Just noticed he hasn't been patrolling the technical area as usual...

Was it my imagination or did Rooney blank the high 5 from Fergie during RVP's big celebration or is it time for me to put the tinfoil hat on.......

Nice one, hopefully stoke keep up their woeful form and go down.

7 points until trophy time. Get in.

The flanks are still the let down. Rooney and Carrick were very good in the middle and Hernandez in particular was excellent but Kagawa does not suit playing on the left in that particular system and Valencia is a shell of his former self. Jones lacks the finesse to play as a wingback and only Evra provided his usual energy bunny performance on the left.

As always, Twitter seems to have the answer.

No Mike Phelan on the sideline today. Albert must have lost his shorts. I won't make that mistake if I get the job. #focused

Best game I've seen from Rooney in a long time.

Easy 3 points, barely troubled all game apart from a hairy moment after Vidic slipped.

Shreeves engineering positions to deliver bad news now. "Man of the match goes to you Robin. Actually, I've got that wrong, it goes to Wayne."
