    Hi,

    I'm starting the Aware Lifeskills programme on Tuesday evening and I'm just wondering if anybody here has participated in the course before?and if so did you find it helpful and worthwhile?

    Also curious as to the layout of the course,ie is it all done in a group,or are you partnered up with other participants/instructors etc?
