Info on buying first home

Hey looking for a bit of info Myself and my oh are looking at buying a house local to us, we are both 25 and first time buyers, the house we are looking at is 120k, basically what i want to know is what banks/brokers should we be trying, we earn 40k between us and have over 10k in savings, any info at all would be great
