Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Trouble Signing Off

I'm having trouble finalising singing off from Social Welfare in Galway. I signed off online on the 10th of April because i started a new full time job in Dublin. However in the meantime I got a letter from them (Dated April 9th) saying they were informed by Tote Ireland that I was working for them (Which I informed them about at the time, I was upfront and honest about working the Galway Races for a week) and saying I need to return the form and payslips.

The problem is, I don't have access to that form as I am now in Dublin (Old housemate read the contents of it out to me over the phone) and I am no longer signing on anyway so threats to cut me off aren't really a threat

I've been trying to ring the office in Galway all morning but to no avail. They just aren't answering the phone.
