Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Change to signing on dates.

I signed on as normal in January, went up in February to do it and a lady came out and shouted that only people who got a letter telling them to sign on that day could sign on, everyone else go home and wait for a letter.

Since then I got a letter about the new card, went and got all that sorted. This past weekend I got a text from the number that usually reminds you to sign on about a careers fair thing that was happening nearby, so obviously that service is still working. I haven't received a text from them telling me to sign on since January though.

I'm still getting paid as normal and the date for my next signing on at the bottom of the receipt says November.

I'm reluctant to go queue up for an hour in the local office to find out what's going on. The two other times I had issues with something I queued for ages to be told one thing, it still wasn't sorted so came back, queued again for ages to be told something completely different, and had to come back a third time to get it sorted.

Anyone else had a similar experience? I'm sure if I was supposed to have signed on since January they'd have stopped paying me by now?

My partner has had the same thing, got told to wait for letter and hasn't had one. Got his public services card sorted and still hasn't heard about sign on date and slip from PO states a November signing day also. He's still getting paid normally.

Yeah. I guess until they stop paying me or I get a letter from them I'll just leave it as is.
