DCC bin tags?

    In the last couple of weeks I've noticed black bags on the streets with 2013 Dublin city council tags on them,does anyone know where I can buy them?
    I thought DCC exited the business last year?:confused:

    They could be for commercial waste maybe? You can get greyhound bag tags though, not sure where but they'd probably be quick to tell you

    No these are definitely not commercial waste,the bags are outside houses.
