Change to Vodafone?

I'm currently with Magnet, paying €48 for unlimited up and download. Unfortunately the max speed I can get is 4.5 mb out of up to 24. I rang UPC and they said the same (up to 24mb).

Now Vodafone have contacted me saying they reckon I should be able to get 12mb at €40 where I am (Clondalkin), this is to be confirmed tomorrow. But I've heard they have the same 3 strikes policy sh1te, this would kind of put me off. Just wondering if anyone has any experience with Vodafone as an ISP.

be careful of vodafone offering you 12mb, post your line stats so we can know what your max speed can be.
Magnet would usually provide you with the best speed your line could physically handle

Any easy way to get these, I googled but my router isn't listed on any website?
