Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I want to watch tv series from an online source through my iPad, on the tv. Can I do this?
The tv has no USB ports but spare hdmi ports. What do I need, hardware and software wise?

    Thanks,

    Ed

Or you can get a HDMI adaptor either in Apple or on EBay

With those cables costing 39 you should consider getting an apple TV, I know its 109 but it offers a lot of extra features.

thanks for the info, is there software needed with the cable?
and jimogr, what are the advantages to the apple tv, are there not recurring charges?

There's no USB support on an Apple TV tho. I've an old desktop plugged into my tv and would replace it in a heartbeat with an Apple TV that could support USB drives for videos files
