Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I hope Melendez does the business tonight. I'd like Mir to win but I think he is going off the boil a bit and could be caught tonight

Not seen a lot of Cormier, but i noticed that the bookies have him as a fairly comfortable favourite. Tempted to throw a few euro on Mir.

Looks like Brown had three weetabix this morning instead of two. He's like a man possessed.

Mir looks the best he done in awhile hard to say if his performance will be similar, if he puts in one of his lazy ones he could be out the door

11 euro on Matt brown at 13/5, what a warrior

Fight and KO of the night are looking like they'll be a difficult decision. I'm usually complaining about ad breaks on a fox show. . .no complaints here!

I lost every bet so far on this card ha. Gutted bout the Lorenz Larkin decision. I have Diaz, Mir and Melendez to win. I am a big under dog fan.

My brother is a huge Matt Brown fan and when we saw them odds I just couldn't resist. He is really putting in some superb performances

whoa, most entertaining card I've seen in a long time, I've never been more happy to be injured and not able to play on a Sunday morning!

ref was stopping it before it came in, so even if it was it probably wouldn't count

Possibly the best card ever on paper and its living up to it. Pretty incredible stuff so far. Interested to see where this puts Thomson into the LW mix

I've seen at least one before. I think it might have been Penn/GSP.

So Daniel to prove he has a shot at heavyweight?

Didn't Penn quit in his corner?

Yeah he was, but I think his brother threw in the towel between rounds. It certainly wasn't thrown in mid-fight. Don't hold me to it though, that fight must have been five or six years ago.

Small triple on Dillashaw,Thompson & Mir so here could be where paddy gets my money

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 2,970 ✭✭✭Lenin Skynard

All that fat is doing Mir no favours. It's weird how he stays in this shape, he was much better when he was thinner.

And he just punched himself in the face at around 00:60 of the first.

It's probably the leanest he has been since he bulked up after Lesnar. Maybe it's age I don't know. He's awful fat compared to when he was interim champ.

Were those fans actually booing at the end? Uneducated fcukin rednecks

Mir should really be 240, hes doing himself no favours at all bumbling around the cage slow as hell at 257

They were booing the whole fight during clinches

I thought there was one point where comier seemed to break off the clinch because of the boos.

Comier really seemed to tire for the final round

Herb was very quick to separate the clinches too, i assume for the same reason

I thought so too, there were times he told them to work, then didnt give them a chance to do anything before breaking it up
