Spencer Dock - worth it or not?

    Hi, Guys

    I plan to buy an apartment in Spencer dock plan to live there not for investment.

    I notice there're many thread talking about how bad Dalkia is. Those threads are dated back to 2011. Like they charge too much, the heating bill is ridiculous high during summer, and the 67c standing charge per day, etc.

    Does any of you know if it is a good idea to live here or we will be very regret to buy it?

    depends on the price, look on daft.ie ,
    How much are other apartments in the city centre,is the price higher, cheaper than apartments in other areas.
    IS there broadband, choice of cable tv there?
    What is the situation re parking?.
    every apartment block, has good points, negative points.

    EG whats the service charges? can you get sky tv.
    IS it quiet?IS there good security? eg door codes,on entrances.
