    Hi there
    Can you please tell me if NGB has been rolled out to my area of Tallaght?  I live in Alpine Rise.
    I have a feeling that it hasn't...

    It was in 2010 or so.

    As for NGA ( the new network going live next month .....probably  but there is not much evidence.
