Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Well lads .. got myself a new set of panniers and a rack for my vfr800. Both brand new.
Fitted the rack as per instructions but im having a problem with one side of the rack. It just wont keep the pannier box on! Basically a slight pull and the box comes back off the rack ...
Ive tried both boxes on both sides and the right side will take both boxes securely no problem but the left side wont keep the box secured.
Has anybody come across this before or any ideas on what to do??

    edit:
I have contacted both companies I bought them from - the crowd who supplied the panniers sent me replacement springs/fittments for the back of the box.
The crowd (UK company) said it must be the boxes which it cant be as one of the side racks takes both boxes ok ..

Sometimes it can take a bit of pressure to make the pannier "click" on securely.

Exactly. Is there any difference between the two lock tabs on the racks e.g. is the left bent or damaged. Post a couple of photos. Whereabouts are you? Monolock or monokey?

Yup, my top box takes a fair bit of pressure to click into place.

I'll throw up some pics over the weekend.
The 2 boxes look identical at the back ... ill have another look and see if pressure will sort it
