Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Not sure if this is right forum, but just wondering has anyone else received a letter for a house not yet built?
We only started building in feb and received LPT letter and tax estimate of €202 for 6 months.... Bit of a joke seeing as there isn't a house as such yet just walls!

I've emailed the address given twice (first time 8days ago) no reply yet....
What do I do? It's not in the FAQ...this happen to anyone else?

Take some pictures, date them and send them with your return marking the property as not habitable.

This might help... it's the LPT handbook.

"Any residential property built by its owner after 1 May 2013 and before 1 November 2016, will not be liable for LPT until 2017"

    Good advice from Victor.
