Will all aspects of Business on Line be fully SEPA compliant

For example we collect direct debits through manual input of the amounts to be collected into the BOL interface, will that be updated to account for SEPA? Likewise with Supplier credit transfers

    Hi Nuttzz,

    Thanks for getting in touch.

You can find information on Business Online and SEPA on the BOL homepage. There are also contact details for the BOL helpdesk where a representative will be more than happy to help you with any specific SEPA queries you may have.

    Thanks
    Tara

We used the same principle for collecting DD's

facility has been removed in the last month by BOI.

Nightmare trying to use another system.

it costs money, and BOI keep telling me I have to go to Sentenial....<snip>

i found an alternative.... but it is not working! lol

have been using file gateway... holy crap is that thig a pain in the butt, and it is brutal slow! as in 15 minutes before it tells me my file has failed!! WTF?

not go to the payments plus side of things yet, but i really cant wait!!!

    So SEPA is
    Costly
    less efficient
    more time consuming
    awkward
1 programme and 2 websites instead of 1 simple process.3

    last 3 days basically wasted
