Is it possible to get 7 core 1.5mm2 mains rated cable with colour cores? I know there's numbered cores but I don't want them. Thanks

rang one of our suppliers, anything after 5 core is numbered, ours is 6 black cores plus earth.

Ye that's all I can find anywhere it seems. Can't use black for neutral

    check out 514 in et101

think you have to mark the neutral with blue tape

    had a quick look

-think you just mark it 'blue' at the terminations

but you'd need to confirm it

Thanks for your help. Any link?

When is the money (including lost growth) Michael Noonan took in the Pension Levy going to be paid back?

Why is it against regs? It makes perfect sense to have them coloured

Each colour has a rating so the max colours is 5 which is brown, black, grey, blue and green/yellow
As 3 phase neutral and earth.

It's a pity they couldn't just stick an orange in there too!
