Anyone had any dealings with GLAS collection agency?

Got a letter today to say that Bank of Scotland (formerly Halifax here) are passing over my credit card debt to some collection agency called Glas. Despite the fact that I was making monthly payments. I am now tempted to stop all payments. Anyone had any previous dealings with them?:mad:
