All things going well, looking to start build within the next few months. Just gathering up quotes etc now. Just looking for word of mouth recommendations on builders you may have used, based on price, reliability, good workmanship etc . Dundalk / northeast/ southarmagh . It's all very well getting cheap quotes, but I'd appreciate some honest recommendations or (in confidence) some definite no no's. Thanks in advance.

How would you like to spend an overstay night in the house above and talk plans with the builder directly who is now living in the house. The house is in Clare and is almost finished . Dave the builder has built houses to spects in Scotland , England and Northern France
