dual save transfer

    Hi,

    This day last week I requested a transfer of funds via instruction form at bank to transfer funds from my joint dual save account to my partners account and was told it would take 7 days.
    I asked if this was 7 working days or 7 normal days and was told it would be the later. As yet no funds have reached my partners account , can you tell me why this is? Is it processed at end of day?

    Hi Recessionbust,

    If you requested the transfer this day last week, it will be processed today and the funds will be available in your partners account tomorrow.
