I know camera picks them out at every game.ESPN have a documentary where he got the blame for the Knicks losing to the Pacers after he supposedly wound up Reggie Miller!

There's no supposedly about it, he was caught on video chanting " Cheryl...Cheryl..." at him as the knicks led a crucial game 5 conference finals. Reggie went bonkers in the 4th, putting in 25 points, behind Spike's taunts. Spike always got on Reggie when ever he came to MSG.
