I have configured Outlook 2010 with Gmail and IMAP, how can i set it up that when im sent a gmail it automatically gets updated in my gmail inbox in Outlook. Is the only way of doing this to set the auto send/receive to 1 or 2 mins? The little send/receive status at the bottom of the screen annoys me continually checking.

Tools, Options, Mail setup, Send/receive, send immediately, check for mail every...xx ?

Im on Outlook 2010, dont have a tools menu.
