Short management course

My wife is working in the pharmaceutical industry sector and looking to do a short part time management course in Cork or close to it. She doesn't want to do a 2 year dip or cert. Has anyone any suggestions on any good courses available or any online courses that are repetuable? Thanks

Is it a project management course she's looking for or something else like supervisory management?
