refund by retailer to visa debit account

I ordered an item from a business paid by ulster bank visa debit card and was told it was sent couple days later no item said it was sent out which i don't believe as couldnt get tracking number put pressure on was told money was refunded to my account. Question is how long does it take to return to my account
