Marks and Spencer €5 Discount on each item

It's good for a laugh anyway. but for those who like to dispute these things, take a look at the two screenshots attached, one is from the M&S website, the second one is from an M&S promotional email I received, does the highlighted term make a difference??

As I said, will be a good laugh anyway, personally I don't have any expectation of an order being honoured, but as they say, if you're not in, you can't win!:D:D

We have changed your order due to certain items being out of stock. We will refund you the total of these items.

I ordered a few bits, so not sure what was cancelled, I checked on the order tracker but can't work out what they've cancelled.

Just for the lulz I hope they remove all the added (free) items from everyone's orders and just send €35 of goods.

The Verona Beakers will come in handy for my movie night party I'm hosting next week ;-)

That's not how it works, the bank sets aside that money, only when it has gone through and it shows on your statement is the money actually gone. it's still technically in your account.

I've got 8 years of not having to wash socks ahead of me, brilliant.

Cancelled mine too over 100 euro they could have taken off my hands and they declined, i'm thinking with margins and the like they would have probably make a profit off me anyway but alas!

Nah I rang up this morning asking about a "real" order I placed this morning, and asked them to confirm if the "shipped" one was actually cancelled, and the man said it was
