    To be fair, it's the exact kind of marketing that surrounds Ironman. "Toughest event in the universe." "YOU ARE AN IIRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRROONMAN." Not to mention the ridiculous and beyond parody KONA athlete profiles.

    Granted it's tougher than this event but there's no getting away from the fact that there's a tremendous amount of bull**** marketing around Tri/Messing and so on. Tis all designed to sell a few more spots.

    Just wait till crossfit catches on here.
