Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Another very good half. Defending really well and could be more than one up.

Massive chance spurned there by Spurs..... City deserving the lead here though imo

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 36,365 ✭✭✭✭SlickRic

Spurs did ok considering they were playing with no striker.

City should be out of sight already.

    Did Bale get subbed?

I never said we were top 4.

Then why would a player who "isnt top 4 standard" not be suitable for your team :)

Great defending from Zabaleta at the end of the half there.

Crap from Spurs, if City actually got into 5th gear then they could really hockey them.

City have been excellent so far, Spurs been poor in the attacking third. Missing Lennon and a fit Bale. Really need to invest on strikers in the summer

    i thought he said spurs

Can't understand why spurs haven't switched bale to the wing. He can't get a touch where he is and at least he can get crosses in

There's some kind of pattern between Spurs and challenging for the top 4 every season, and it looks worth repeating today.

City far superior. 0-3 at full time. Spurs are awful.

Losing Milner is a big blow.

the problem for Spurs is Ade is useless, and they've 3 players trying to play the same position behind him.

The only way Spurs will get back into this is if City get man sent off.

Men against boys here. City been impressive.

City in total control. Can't understand why Spurs are playing so narrow where City are at their strongest and most comfortable. Get Bale out wide and stretch the game a bit. Oh and Spurs need a centre forward on!

Another example of how the fouled player's reaction weighs so heavily in these decisions.

I'm a United fan and I find it a joke Welbz is up for YPOTY tbh. How Nastasic hsnt got nominated is unbelievable. Welbeck has 1 goal in over 1000 mins of football.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 40,907 ✭✭✭✭Xavi6

Dzeko is having an Adebayor out there

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 34,424 ✭✭✭✭The_Kew_Tour

If Spurs play like this next season it won't be CL football they will be worried about.

    City miles ahead.

Absolutely. Nastasic was such a good signing for us. Considering he was replacing that donkey Stefan Savic, it's amazing how quickly he's proven his worth.

If I were you I'd be hoping for another to be sure. Spurs have not really been in it. It would be just like them to get something out of the game at the end.
