The coin landed heads down for Downing before kick-off so he's going to have a stinker - he's so frustratingly inconsistent. Mind you, even at his best in a red shirt, he's only been alright, should be shipped out in the summer.

Yes, but why take the risk.

Players have off days as well. Everything Henderson has touched in the first half has gone wrong.

No point at 1-0 down hoping for things to go right.

TBH Coutinho hasn't been much better, but we have more chance of creating with Coutinho on the field then Henderson.

Looking at the replay of the goal, that's another one on the Agger list for the season.

He's had some strange lapses in concentration at times.

Also, our midfield is appalling today. Wish we had Allen to bring on at halftime. Anything really to shake it up a bit. Least Sturridge is on the bench to provide something a bit different.

I actually think both teams are on about the same level at the moment - two very average sides.
