Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hi,I'm interested in finding out about pursuing a career in secondary teaching, I know that right now it isn't the best time to be getting into it but is there much chance of an improvement, apart from that I feel like I would make a good teacher and I have friends who are teachers and whilst one of them tells me to go for it (this girl is an optimist and always happy), I have another friend who started laughing when I suggested this to him, he told me I was mad to even think about it, he is always telling me and others about how under pressure he is and other unpleasant anecdotes about students and teachers and school in general, i know the truth prob lies somewhere in between but am I mad to be thinking about it?
