Hi Folks,

I am aware of a potential lucrative business opportunity in Co. Meath. A hotel with niteclub in a seperate building on the grounds has come up for sale and I think it offers a great opportunity for the right people to go in and make it work. This place has serious potential if worked in the right manner. I am looking for potential business partners to look at this opportunity with me. As I say, this offers a great opportunity to go in and make it happen.

If so I am not sure how much a 16 bedroom hotel can actually make, there are too few bedrooms to become any kind of serious player in the wedding market which is one of the few growth areas in the hospitality sector, other areas are in decline as domestic demand and discretionary spending have plummetted. Nightclubs are taking a hit too as youth unemployment is often over 30% in some areas. That said if it is the only nightclub in town then it could be very viable.
