Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

New foundation for spring/summer

I'm looking to try a new lightweight foundation for spring/summer.
I currently use Revlon colourstay, and I love it, but it's a bit too heavy for my liking anymore, especially when the weather is nice.
I'm hoping for something a bit more lightweight, so it doesn't feel like I'm caked in heavy makeup.
I would still like to have pretty good coverage thought. Maybe not full coverage, but medium, maybe even light if I focus on just really concealing the problem areas.
    Any suggestions?
    Preferrably 'drugstore'.

Last year I was all about Revlon foundation but as you said the minute I hit a bit of heat I felt the weight of it. Currently I wear Urban Decay's NAKED Foundation which I find amazing. It goes on light but it's buildable in coverage it's €34.00 so might be a bit steep.

My current drugstore foundation is Maybelline's Fit Me Foundation. Again it's a buildable coverage so you can decide how you want it. It's €11.99 and also has matching pressed powder (which is incredible) and concealer. I went off Maybelline for ages but this is something that I can't brag enough about.

I like Maybellines Dream satin liquid, approx 10euro and very light weight, coverage isn't amazing but its what you would expect from such a light foundation. I like it daytime and Mac for going out!

I was looking at that Maybelline one.
Mixed reviews on it. Although, gossmakeupartist on youtube is in love with it, and he really knows his stuff. Might have a look.

I've tried that before and I really don't like it.
I found it very, almost serum-y.
Too liquid and looked and felt very greasy on me.

I should probably point out for further suggestions, that I do have some acne, mostly redness and scars, so I do still want a but of coverage.
And my skin is mildly oily, but thats not usually a problem cos' I use the urban decay de slick spray.

Did you try any of the rimmel ones, can't remember the name but it has the blue top, 12 hour one I think. Better coverage than maybelline
