We should pool our resources and build a Ligind Bar.

Anyone else going to all three autumn tests? I want to but seriously doubt any of my friends will go to all three, would be grand to have a boards meet up on before one of the ones I've to go to alone!

I will know next week regarding tickets.

I put in a request for tickets from the club, but haven't heard back about our allocation yet.

Where bouts? I'm having second thoughts after ditching my old one and might go for the terrace...

I might just buy tickets for a few individual games lest someone find out I'm moonlighting as a Blue Magoo

Only doing the NZ game. Can't afford all 3 and it's a fairly obvious choice which of the 3 is top of the list.

Are there any terrace left? If so def do it! Otherwise you won't have trouble getting terrace tickets on the exchange for most games anyway.

I bought all three. Can't fault that kind of value. Essentially getting 3 for 2.

Go South. You have the sun in your eyes a fair bit in the North.

I think the Season tickets let you choose either or. It's a North and South ticket I think?

I'd keep an eye out. I bought mine after the initial bunch sold out. I'd say there'll be more returns etc.

I'm actually home for the game Friday, so happy to have a beer before/after? Last time I'll see a game at home this season I think!

  • Administrators Posts: 54,184 Admin ✭✭✭✭✭awec

    Doh! Forgot about that game.

Is it pay at the gate or is a ticket required?

Should be able to pay at the gate. They're never sold out. It's only a fiver. Will be in Kielys for a few after anyway so I'm on for a few.

  • Administrators Posts: 54,184 Admin ✭✭✭✭✭awec

Aye I'll decide tomorrow. It's a tenner according to ticketmaster?

I can only go for one beer after as I have a poker game to head to that I'm already going to be late for!

Go on, one beer wouldn't kill you Awec!

I dunno, can he handle something other than Harp?

  • Administrators Posts: 54,184 Admin ✭✭✭✭✭awec

If I go to the game I'll most likely go for a beer like.

But if I go with my mate how can I explain meeting random men from the interwebs? :pac:

And here was me thinking you'd be more concerned about explaining meeting southeners....

I'm really not. Kiwis have a poor sense of humour.

I'll have a local in tow as well (though he has posted here a total of about 5 times I think!)

Really? The terrace tickets I got were €5. Unless they're sold out and there's only standing remaining. Surprised at that, there's normally loads at the gate.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 30,308 ✭✭✭✭.ak

I might pop into Kiely's after... See how my leg feels!

I'll be in Dublin for the Ospreys match (Sat 14th September 6.15pm KO)...anyone fancy meeting up for buying me a pint?

I'll be there on the 14th as well. Not sure about my beer-ing status that day just yet, but if you can promise me a few free passes on the modding front there Ruggie......

As for Friday I'll be in Kielys with a few others anyway who I'm sure won't judge me meeting strange men from the internet. Strange women from the internet now would be slightly different.....

Pour sense of humour. I'm sorely tempted to head to Donnybrook and then the local drinking holes after the match, in which case I'll make sure you get a drink.

Anyone up for a mini-beers on Friday, to watch Scarlets vs Leinster? I promise I won't show people up with my JH pyjamas...

    I'm living in Sandymount atm.

  • Administrators Posts: 54,184 Admin ✭✭✭✭✭awec

    Possibly...

Could be up for it as well meself. Although I recon it'd be rather busy with the premiership starting the same night.
