No but the rule is whether the handball is intentional. Whether it's intentional or not is at the referee's discretion. Helpful factors in determining this are the movement of the hand with respect to the ball, any rapid changes in trajectory of the ball or the position of the hand.

There's so many Barca haters out there. From a football purest pov this game had the makings of one of the greatest games in years, one I was really looking forward to. For one team to completely change their normal playing conditions just to try ruin the natural flow of the game goes against everything the game should be about. Not sure why Barca's diving antics (equally annoying I know) should come into it, two unethicals doesn't make an ethical.
