Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Just a reminder I'm not a lawyer. I'm a business student but I've taken a couple of classes in law.

    Anyway a friend told me a story about an issue at work and I half remember a case that is very similar. If you could give me the name of the case or a link to the judgement it would be much appreciated.

    The case related to psychiatric nurses and discrimination. The job description for psychiatric nurses was broad ranging but male psychiatric nurses were expected to do all physical work including 'dangerous tasks' such as restraining patients.

    As far as I remember the male psychiatric nurses took a descrimination case claiming that they were being discriminated against since they had to do all the least desired work from the job description.

    If you could help find the case in question it would be appreciated.
