Builder needed for quote on extension

Can anyone recommend a builder who could provide a quote for building an extension to an existing semi-d.
Would need the builder to provide a valid tax clearance cert as this build is going to be (hopefully) partially funded under the housing adaptation grant.

Just a heads up. As of June 1st 2013, new Construction Regulations are to be put in place. They will apply to a domestic dwelling. This means that when building an extension onto a domestic dwelling, you as a 'Client' will have to appoint in writing, a Project Supervisor Design Process (PSDP) and Project Supervisor Construction Stage (PSCS). You must ensure the competency of such personnel too etc.

Dont think I qualify as a client according to that last link, "You are not considered to be a Client if you build or extend your private
dwelling for family use only"
