Daft Tenant Database

    Do landlords use the Daft Tenant Database to find tenants? It seems a bit dead to me but perhaps I'm wrong. Can anyone enlighten me?

    I have noticed that too. It used to be really good and had a larger number of people. But I think in recent years houses in Dublin have been converted from like 4 Beds to a 9 Bed (i seen on daft what looked like a 2up 2 down which is now a 9 bedroom house). The landlords are now letting room by room. Plus I dont think there is much of a academic and summer period now
