    Hello there

Can you please give me a steer, as you mention this covers students that studied the selling skills courses run by the Sales Institute of Ireland.

I heard that the Sales Institute of Ireland were in court about these courses, and that they did not have copyright in place.

Does this mean that students that attended those courses have an issue with our qualifications now? I am concerned.

    Thanks

    Hi Tarf76

I have had direct confirmation from the Sales Institute of Ireland that the awards on the courses provided by them are still valid, and accredited by the Institute of Commercial Management in the UK.

Conor Morris did admit there was a "commercial dispute" with BTSI, but would not disclose any details regarding copyright to me.

I have also requested a statement from BTSI also regarding this, requesting official confirmation that all courses ran by them in the Sales Institute o fIreland are still valid, and I will advise all once I receive this statement.
