the second issue is that they claim they still haven't received it after more than 1 week

it was sent to their freepost uk address

from a quick google, it seems i am not the only one who tried to return faulty goods to be told they were never received

anyone had similar experiences?

they obviously take no responsibilities for items sent via untracked methods
